It is the Number of God or Number of Heaven (also known as Mark of the Pure) where 666 is the number or the mark of the beast. It has the opposite meaning of 666.

This is a problem that comes out of the modern system of numbers. We have a "holy" number, 7, and an unholy number, 666. We number our tens and hundreds by repeating the same symbol in a different position, so we assume that if 7 is good, 777 is good, and if 666 is bad, 6 must be bad. But ancient civilizations don't number that way. The greek number 666 would have been written Chi-Xi-Digamma, with three different symbols. Furthermore, it's not even put in digits in our manuscripts, the greek number is spelled out in words. This is lost on modern readers, so most of us continue to assume that it's the digit that counts, so 777 must be three times greater than 7.
