• Starting today August 7th, 2024, in order to post in the Married Couples, Courting Couples, or Singles forums, you will not be allowed to post if you have your Marital status designated as private. Announcements will be made in the respective forums as well but please note that if yours is currently listed as Private, you will need to submit a ticket in the Support Area to have yours changed.

  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Jesus is the way.

His coming was prophesied, he died and rose again as prophesied, and all this was attested by many witnesses. He said that anyone who puts their trust in him alone (meaning no other gods) will be reconciled to God and adopted as his children.

So the question is, do you want to be reconciled to God? Are you willing to come on his terms? Do you understand that being reconciled to God means not ignoring him or irritating him?

I hope you're sincerely asking and not just looking for entertainment at our expense.

As I explained, you just put your faith in Jesus alone, that he is God in the flesh who rose from the dead. That's how you get saved. Beyond that, there are many Christian topics here for learning more, but of course you'll need to read the Bible yourself as well.

i'm a lost sheep looking for a guide

and currently on the way of learning christian

good sir, care to teach me christian
and show me the way.,.,.,?
MY DEAR BROTHER,

The best and only totally qualified Teacher available to you is the Holy Spirit. If you wish to learn about being a Christian, read the New Testament through slowly and prayerfully, asking God's Holy Spirit to help you to understand what you are reading, to retain what you understand, and to act upon what you retain.

MAY GOD BLESS YOUR SEARCH WITH SUCCESS AND OPEN YOUR HEART AND MIND TO HIS TRUTH!

:bow:ABBA'S SLAVE,
ephraim
