After sitting in front of my home computer for almost 24 hours, and taking the day off work today (actually, praise God it is Melbourne Cup Day today so it is a public holiday) I've finally managed to connect up the 5th web server to the CF network. This 5th web server was our image server, but it was very under-utilised, and had dual CPUs, so I decided to use part of it as a web server.
The good news is:
1. CF should be faster - an extra web server to take the load (and it's a P4 3.2 Ghz Hyperthreading one)
2. All Armor Item uploads and Custom Avatar uploads will now show up INSTANTLY. No more 15 minute lag.
As I've had to change the IP addresses around a bit, you may find that attachments and images may not show up for you until the DNS changes propagates to your ISP. That may take 24-48 hours. Our DNS server is dynamic so it's probably quicker than that.
