Why does wine have more alcohol by volume?

So does that mean a person shouldn't drink as much that has alcohol in it?

I've seen those single serving size of wine coolers. What do you think of those? Should a person only have one of those in a 3hr. period?

Why does wine have more alcohol by volume?
A lot of German Rieslings have between 7-9% alc by volume because it is condesed alcohol.
But there are others..
Sutter Home Fre' has 0.5% but is real wine with the alcohol removed, not sparkling juice.

No it means a person should monitor what they drink if they should choose to drink. ( Drinking is never a good idea,But that is my opion.)

Yes although people tend to use bad judgement when it comes to alcohol intake. I do not drink but what I have read have given you info on it. Well the break down is by the three hour limit it breaks in half the alcohol by every 3 hours.
