As you'll know, I had cut a couple weeks ago. Before then I hadn't cut in close to 5 months, and now I think it is past that.
The long amount of time I didn't was a great encouragement to me, but come a year, it will still be, cut once in a year. Cut once in two, and so on.
The thing is, I am afraid if I start over again on a clean slate then I will be thinking about all of the time again and it would be harder on me. So what should I do?
Should I continue with the time I have now?
Should I just pretend that day never happened?
Or should I just start over on day one again?

if you need to keep track, i'd do both... both go on as if you haven't slipped and count those lovely months of freedom. you have the right and the hard work behind it, to be proud of.
