4th new web server now online! :)

I set up and made the 4th new web server go live last night - working well at the moment.

Loads are way down. So we have 4 x dual opteron web servers, a dual dual database server, a slave search server, an image server, an irc server, our dns server... CF's private network of computers is slowly expanding!

And the good news is that there was no downtime...
