My 4 year said to me yesterday "Mom I want to have a baby in my tummy". My reply was "Well you need to be older and married to have a baby in your tummy". Her reply was "But Mary wasn't married". After I picked my jaw up I told her "God picked Mary to be Jesus' mommy and it was by the Holy Spirit that Mary was able to have a baby Jesus in her tummy." She said, "Well, I'll keep my ears open to know when God wants me to have a baby.". I smiled and said "good idea".

The mind and faith of a child is amazing!

Let her know that Mary WAS married . . she was espoused to Joseph, and so God waited until Mary was "married" to let her have a baby . . .
