I do not know what this is called nor do i have a name for it. All i know i got it from my 7th grade English class. I will never forget it.

2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup water

Mix. Flaten. Heat at 350* for 30 mins.

lol i did not say it was good lol yes it is very very plain. When I got it in hte class we where reading a story about this little girl who ended up on a navy ship and they had this kind of food every time. So the teacher did some reshech and give us this. lol from what i remember it can last for a very long time, and was used for long trip out on sea.
