SHAKE LOOSE
What do you want
of me
I try and try
then i fall
the storm
is raging
can't hear
the call
cry out
a little bit louder
now
cut through the
air
so i
can
hear you
now
pull me!
up
pull me!
out
however
you do it
please do it
now
you are
my
salvation
and strength
my rock
and
redeemer
shake loose!
TRUTHS & DECEPTIONS
frigid cold, that is our world
we're stuck in a big freezer!
We carefully hang onto familiar.
hold on to the left overs!!
don't let them spoil!!
sure, it's enough to keep getting by...
day by day measure out just enough
no more, no less
don't try, don't work for more
fast food is fine, yes it will do,
forget good ol' home cookin'
don't take risks, stay just where you are
why are you out of the mold??
BE BOLD!!
mediocrity is satans best device
against the church today
what have you done out of the mold?
Like street lights blinking in the night-
noone benefitting, they are purposeless!
a waste of electricity and money-
-So we can become, So we are-
it is truly a terror
given a million signals throughout the week
we sadly become numb
dull of excitement and dim of passion
who are you today?

A commander or general in the army of God!
there is a battle to be fought
Satans lies and Satan's spies
fool you night and day
do not fall into the enemies traps
flee from immorality
Don't let evil steal your joy
through Insecurity's games
they are long and unfair
you will never win.
Stop dancing on the devil's playground
WAKE UP, my friend, and listen
to what God has to say
You are beautiful
you are strong
you are loved
you belong
you are gentle
and you are holy
you are His reflection
shown to others everyday
Go without fear
to the glorious unknown
take the road less traveled
and make a difference with who you are
Don't hold back, get into His flow
Hold onto the anointing
with one hand
and pass it on with the other
get a vision, make it plain
so those that see it may run
tap into the wells of living water
dig deeper, fly higher
travel the mountains and the valleys
get alone with your creator and explore the universe!!!

Lord i wonder what is under there?!
the persons eyes,
their peachy smile
what is inside their soul?
a dancing lion or a caged pengiun...
do I feel joy or depression?
could I touch the light that sparkles?
what do i see?
what about when others look at me?
oh i wonder what they see
I can say it's none of their business
and pass it off, sit it to the side,
but I desperately want them
to see what's on the inside!!!
to let them know exactly how i feel
and them feel free to do the same
total unity in the body of Christ, WOW
then maybe we could get some things done!
well, i haven't looked ofr typos much so excuse them!!- man i'm hungry and tired now LOL
