I don't know, 2pac's more interesting than Philip Glass, but I don't think you could've chosen a more far removed forum to put him in. Might as well try the Senior Citizen's Knitting forum.

Im not a very big fan, but I do love his remake of Changes.

I also enjoy that most of his songs are aimed at something generally posotive.

I think he is the best rapper who ever walked the planet. His lyrics, passion, voice, and beats cannot be beaten. It really is too bad he died. I think that if he didnt grow up in the ghetto, he may have become a great social reformer.

agree with everything that you said. 2 pac is a true Hip Hop Legend RIP there's never gonna be anybody like him in the ''secular rap game'' again period

while were talking about 2pac here. Do you think that we'll ever catch the person or people who plotted to kill him? give me your thoughts on that.

no i dont think so. there is more money being made to speculate who did it rather than let the cat out of the bag to say he or she did it.

I was a HUGE fan back when he was alive. although I do not own any of his cds..He truley was the best rapper like ps139 said.

I am not a huge Rap fan... but even I had an ear for 2pac...


I do find it slightly bizarre that we can have CSI teams around the country that can solve crimes with nothing more than a strand of hair from a remote desolate murder location... yet 2pac can get gunned down on the Las Vegas Strip after a high profile boxing match and they have no clues

2pac is the reason nobody takes rap seriously anymore- he, along with a few others, made "gangsta rap" profitable, and made rappers like Ja Rule and 50 Cent profitable.
