Today at 10:00 a.m is the MRI to see what the raiation did for Rockys tumor! WHAT TUMOR!

God is the kindest person I've ever known! He wants all of His children to know Him. he gives us impossible things to go through, things he knows we cannot do! Becuase HE wants us to come to Him!!!!!!!

FAther I am asking you now, in your precious son Jesuss name to heal my brother. Let Him know that you are the Great I Am , the Master Healer, let him witness Your Majesty! You have allowed him to get to this his lowest moment, and now Father, let Him see your glorious majesty. Awaken a love and a commitment, and a witness for you. Father, you have begun a good work in Him, and you promised to be faithful to complete it! I am claiming every single promise you gave us in Your word...ask and you shall receive, by my stripes you are healed, you can tell that mountain to go, call on me, I will hear your crys, if you have faith the size of a grain of mustard seed...Father I believe. I believe. Our biggest defense against the enemy who comes against us, is our INTIMACY with you. Father you are my best friend, I am your beloved, hear my crys oh Lord, please, Father, hear my crys.

 

Thankyou Lord, for Your perfect will for our lives, thankyou for bringing me to this point of complete surrender, thankyou for loving me and for wanting me to have the desires of my heart! Thankyou for your gifts of the spirit, thankyou for the blessings you have given me this past week, Thankyou for being my Heavenly father! I have heard nothing yet, I know this was a big ordeal. The MRI he is to go through, was where they drilled screws into his head in 4 places to hold this big metal contraption(for a lack of a better word)onto his head. David describes it to me as almost like a GPS unit. Not an easy process,so I am waiting. Patiently. I have had such an awesome two days in prayer, and two days ago a gift was given to me, a tape. With a sermon from a guy named Graham Cooke. It was called God is the kindest person I've ever met. He tells you to re-evaluate what your image of God is, and what he wants to do for you in your life. He remindeds you of Gideon, and the battle, where they were outnumbered 16-1, and that Gods army prevailed. It said if you could ask God for one thing, one thing from Him, one thing that could change your image of Him, change your life, your committment to Him, proof almost, that he is still the Great I am, what would that one thing be?

I have such an awesome peaceful happy feeling. I know who is in control of this situation, and God gave me the song,  He who began a good work in you, will be faithful to complete it, for my brother. I believe that all of this, isn't about Rocky. I believe Gods plan is going to affect many more other then Rocky. It has brought me alone, so much closer to him, I have sucha  greater understnading of who he is and what he wants for my life.

Other things that Graham said, that I needed to hear were this "God is the most consistent, yet the most unpredictable"- you always know where he is, but seldom know what he's going to do next! That there is no security in what God is doing, other then WHO HE IS! And that if you are afraid of the enemy, you have yet to actually see the majesty of the one you are serving! That your intimacy with God is your greatest source of power against the enemy. That God wouldn't put you in a situation where he didn't want you to learn something from it, it pushes us into a new dimension with Him! That my image of God, will drive my expectations. That he only wants wonderful things for each and every one of us.And when we are massively outnumbered my the enemy, you wait. You rest IN THE LORD. Our intimacy with God, intimidates the enemy.So then he asks" What is your image of God? Is it time for an upgrade?" For me it was, and boy did I get one!

Please continue to pray for Gods will in our lives, and for wonderful miracles, only he can do!

Well, my mom just called. The Oligo-Astrocytoma, is a stage 4, very aggressive, fast growing tumor. The radiations purpose was to keep the tumor from growing anymore. That was their grim goal. It has not changed. Which I guess is very surprising to them. They don't know our God do they?

They still see a tumor. I say they, because I refuse to acknowledge it, and I feel like that, the part about it not having grown, is the song "he who began a good work in you, will be faithful to complete it." I think God is wanting my brother to surrender his all to Him, and to ask Him to heal him. I believe this is only the beginning. I am standing firm on His promises.

Am I disappointed it's still there? You know, honestly, no. I really think he knows what he's doing, and not only is Rocky my brother in this world, but he is my brother in Christ, so I will continue to do as God has told me to, and carry his burden with him. I will be faithful. I believe.

Thankyou all for your continued, unfailing support of me and my family. It is so needed, appreciated, wanted and treasured. It means so much more then words can say.Thankyou for standing in the gap with me. Please continue to ask Gods hand to move accordingly!

Nevertheless, I am so glad Graham has pointed out to you what I have said countless times to so many in the last few days: God is still in charge. So no matter how things ultimately are resolved He will be honored, and His will, will be accomplished.

We must take God's hand and let Him lead us thru the wilderness. We must trust God, especially when we are unable to understand things. I am praying for you and for Rocky. God is in control, and He is with you every moment.

Thankyou for your continued prayers. This holiday season has made his heart very heavy.

Last week, we celebrated his 28th birthday, before he started chemo, which he started this last Monday. But as my mom went to cut the cake, she happened to glance up at Rock, and the tears were just streaming. He said,"I'm not afraid to die mom , really I'm not. I just don't want to miss these times, I don't want to leave my family. I don't want this to be my last birthday."

I admit I have been struggling myself as of late. The burden is so heavy on my heart, and the emotional, human side, is hurting terribly. I can't fix it. I can fix everything, or so I thought...I'm tough like that...even though my faith is so strong, I have the faith the size of a mustard seed...I believe God still heals bodies, hearts, souls, minds... Sometimes believing in Gods perfect will doesn't mean we get what we WANT, and no amount of faith in my hearts greatest desire, will necessarily make it so...thats why it's called, "HIS will, not mine"...very difficult at times, to accept.

Thankyou so much for your prayers. It is encouraging and uplifting.
