The Lord has been showing me numeral signs for the past few years, and it's always the same number; the number 22! Everywhere I go, there's the number 22, the number 22, here and there, and my attention is always mysteriously drawn to it, as if someone is directing my attention and focus on it. I've been seeing this ever since I was late 21. I'm 23 now, and I once thought it meant that something significant was going to take place when I was the age of 22, but 22 has passed, and nothing really significant happened and plus I'm still seeing the number everywhere; on drivers' license plates, package labels, bar codes, commercials, bill boards, etc. etc. Literally EVERYWHERE! I looked up the significance of the number and it didn't really seem right, for it said that the number represents total moral degradation and degeneration, which may seem significant in that society has been waxing more and more corrupt day by day and I have been witnessing it, however, somehow, I feel like these signs apply to me, for God is personally showing them to me on a daily basis. I see the number too frequently in too many places to ignore it.

Anybody have any ideas of what this could possibly mean? Anybody know the possible significance of this? God has been showing me this frequently without giving me the slightest clue about what it all means! I've been praying for God to reveal its significance, but he is yet to do so, which leaves me all the more clueless, like, what does he expect me to make of it? I need some help!

22 can have a range of meanings.

What is coming to mind in relation to your post is choice- 2 paths, 2 ways. We choose life when we come to Jesus (Jos 24:15, Mat 7:14), & then we have a choice in our daily walk- faith of unbelief (not double-minded James 1:6-8)

You spoke about your age & turning 22. In most Western countries the age of freedom/accountability ranges from around 16-21. 22 is clearly into adult-hood & the age of being responsible for decisions/choices ( Age of majority - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia ).

I have seen some 40-50 year olds who behave like teenages & I also behave this way at times myself :) - sulking etc.

There is also a dichotomy in the Christian faith between growing in maturity & being wise & responsible vs growing in childlikeness & trust in Jesus.

There's some paint splashed on the canvas for you. Can you see it fitting with anything in your life or life's general questions for you?

First, you give a warning about the dark-side then your looking at numerology, So what's up. One or the other? The last guy who wrote about numbers said it was 26. The Father in Heaven who is the creator of the universe speaks to you and all you get is 22. That's it. The darkside is good, has you looking at numbers.

My cousin has seen this alot here lately, too. She noticed many places where God's different names are mentioned, the correlating Scripture verse, chapter or both are 22. She had a poster with God's names and their Scripture references. Here is a link to The Names of God
