I want to reassure you that your worry about these earthly issues distracts from your attention to prayer, Jesus, and the hereafter. God's earth, and all the people in it are just as they should be. They are all part of God's Will and Plan for us. Trying to change things is the work of the devil getting into you and you must resist the temptation to take part in earthly debates, such as politics, abortion, war, etc. What is, is because of God. We are powerless to change his will, and must truly love God by accepting all he sends to us as tests. Floods, Tsunamis, Earthquakes, Drought, Famine, Fire, are all in his omniscient power to prevent, but he does not. Why? We shall not know, as the bible tells us, "God works in strange ways."

The greek scripture for this is quite clear:

Γονάτισε μπροστά του θεού. Ανελκυστήρα μέχρι ρούχα σας ότι μπορεί να έχετε δει για το ποιος είσαι. Πάρτε τον στο στόμα σου και στο πρωκτό σας και να ξέρετε τον για το ποιος είναι.

This roughly means Do not question your God, but obey him, and kneel before him, and take all he give you even if it is painful, for he is God and knows best.

evolutionism-- isn't an "ism". It's not a belief. It's a theory. It makes no attempt to explain the origin of life.

I have a family member who is very much involved with the church. He has been a pastor for many years, and is very strong in his faith. He recently began reading some basic human physiology/ biochemistry. I have never seen him light up so much when he is telling me what he's learned about cell biology, metabolism, the Krebs cycle, etc, he is just fascinated with the amazing, complex systems of human physiology. Science is nothing to be afraid of! Open you mind!

Why use such weak case against evolution when there are so many good ones.
For example evolutionist are still trying to claim the eye is a bad design even though the more we learn the more we know this belief is wrong.

IT LOOKS wrong, but the strange, "backwards" structure of the vertebrate retina actually improves vision.

Notice the title is in denial.
The only major flaw of the human eye seem to be the evolutionist blind spot to not see the obvious: that the eye is design. It's the evolutionist which are seriously flawed and not the eye.

I can see the humor many of you find in the video, but its an unfair picture of us YEC's and it makes me sad. There is a lot of good work in the YEC world, and focusing on its follies is nothing more than sidestepping the real questions it has to offer.

Can you give us an example of, say, 5 pieces of empirical, original research that has been published in the field in the past decade to verify that?
