You're correct and the grim reaper was present as well. The olympics have always had questionable imagery but the majority can't interpret them and never notice.
The logo was the calling card and set the tone. It's a depiction of Jupiter which is the primary theme. You'd want to explore the mythology and correlations. If you did you'd recognize the symbolism throughout. I'll share a few for your edification.
* This is the 33rd summer olympics which correlates to the 33rd degree in Freemasonry. Don't get lost on what that means for now. Look at France's history in relation to freemasonry and the role they played in its resurgence.
* The rider on the horse with wings near the Eiffel Tower is Zeus (aka Jupiter) and the horse is Pegasus. Look into older associations. He was known by other names.
* The last supper parody had several elements. It was set on a runway and featured a fashion show. The lights above the table were hung in groups of six. Look closely and you'll see 666. The blue figure on the table is Dionysus. Zeus is his father. Look into the cult of Dionysus and Bacchanalia for more insight. The mixing of genders is a representation of the latter.
* The masked figure carrying the torch running around the city is a nod to Assassins Creed. If you understand the premise of the game it's a battle between the Assassins and Knights Templar. The Templar's co-founder is French. The rabbit hole is worth exploring. Be sure to explore chivalry orders in your spare time. You'll learn a lot and recognize the symbols in society. They're plentiful.
You don't need expertise in assassins but you should understand Sabbah's creed and it's modern correlation. He said, "Nothing is true. Everything is permitted." That was the inspiration for Aleister Crowley's "Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the law." That's the ideology you're confronting.
* Gojira performed Ah! Ça Ira which was song during the French Revolution. That's why there was a reference to Marie Antionette and her beheading.
* A golden bull was on the stage near the symphony. That's a reference to Baal much like the one on Wall Street. Familiarity with color symbolism is a must. Gold symbolizes wealth and success. You're essentially saying we worship mammon.
* The iron horse on water is named Zeus and represents the pale horse from Revelation. He brings pestilence and death. You may recall two horses ran free in London not too long ago. One was black and the other was white but he was wounded. The black horse is famine and the white one is the antichrist. The horses in the olympics were white.
* The boat on the stage with the people in red is the identical symbol for Lutetium from the table of elements for The Royal Society of Chemistry. The number is 71 which matches the ordinal for Zeus in gematria.
What holds Jupiter apart from Zeus is his closer associations with the radiant diurnal sky, as opposed to raging storms. He has an epithet, Lucetius, which identifies Jupiter as being the “Light-Bringer.”
* The flag was hung upside down. That's typically done to communicate distress, protest or dissent.
* The torch is shaped differently. Some compare it to a missile or a bat.
* The dancers on the water at night (that fall down) form a freemasonry compass. They're on a volcano. I tried to find an image but I'd have to rewatch it but I trust my source.
* The woman singing on the water is on a submarine. The song is Imagine and the lyrics are pertinent.

I won't have a chance to respond to this but I wanted to give you some insight and a bit to chew on. France will host the 2030 winter games in the Alps. The correlation should be evident. Look into the 2030 agenda and note the principles, colors and symbolism. Who wins and loses in the plan? That will be interpreted in the opening ceremony and imagery used.
The numerical association with Jupiter is the number three and the elements are fire and water. The final image should drive it home. They're standing before the structure being illuminated in the natural because of the light and the spiritual because of the Light Bringer.
