2016 Trump Campaign Settles Nondisclosure Agreement for $450,000

FORMER PRESIDENT DONALD J. Trump’s 2016 campaign will pay $450,000 as part of a years-long legal battle over nondisclosure agreements it required employees to sign, Bloomberg reported.

The settlement with Jessica Denson—whom the campaign tried to silence after the former staffer sued for sex discrimination and harassment— effectively nixes the nondisclosure agreements that hundreds of workers signed.

“Thanks to the court, this is another victory for truth and transparency. The Trump Campaign can hide nothing now, not even the real price they’ve agreed to pay for our tireless and victorious battle against their forced silence,” Denson said in a statement, per the report.

Last month, the campaign agreed to release all former staffers, volunteers and contractors from nondisclosure and non-disparagement agreements they signed in order to work for Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign.

Well I really had to search on this one. Well most the time you have to go like 4+ pages (not using google leans heavily left yet we know this) to even start finding facts. Going back to when it started what they agreed on. Yeah lol no one was forced. Its not just "presidents" that do this. It happens every day. All one has to do is look into Congress be it Dem's or Rep's. Yeah how odd its not a "right only" or "Trump" only thing.

Pfft why would anyone listen to your own lawyer. But see this is not about that. The pattern.

Yeah, not only is it "not just presidents that do this", presidents of the US are not supposed to do this - it was always non-enforceable, but Donald John tried to bully bullied his staff into signing the agreements.
