Spiritual baptism perhaps as that is a change of thinking, in this case casting off the will and governance of man for the will and governance of God.

You will not find spiritual baptism in scripture except in acts 2 and acts 10. Neither provided remission of sins.

1 i it true non baptised christians are unsave not born again and will go to hell as im a christian god works in my ife but i unable to be baptised

2 why do people say trumps the last president then its the end in 2 years im sick of it no one knows the end
For your first question I would read your bible. But based on what I know and what i heard a pastor told me once you know about baptism you have to get baptised to be saved. But my personal opinion is you dont need to be baptised to be saved cause then that would mean we are saved by works and not faith alone. However Christ wants his followers to get baptised. As for your second question we are living in the end times there is no date though it goes by the prophetic events. Christ said we would know the end is near when famines and earthquakes came, wars and rumors of wars. Read Luke 21:7-38. Also the Pope wants to introduce new humanism into schools and wants to meet up with world leaders that's also an indicator we are living in the end times. Pope renews call for global pact promoting ‘new humanism’ in address to Vatican diplomats

The bible teaches us we're saved by works. But not by our works and not by the works of a dead covenant that was replaced with a new one. Paul never taught that no works save us. Jesus himself said that belief is a work.

However Christ wants his followers to get baptised.

And he says that those who do will be saved. Peter says that baptism, "now saves us."

Paul says that baptism is part of God's grace which saved us. (Eph. 2 1-6) He also says that we were created to do God's works. (Eph. 2:10) The point he was making is that we can't boast in our obedience to God's works. We couldn't invent our own works for salvation, we could only be saved by obeying his commands. Those commands are, by definition, "grace" since they were given to us to accomplish our salvation. They're not works "of yourselves."

Christ was talking there to his disciples and speaking of the destruction of Jerusalem, not the last day. It would be odd indeed were we to flee to the hills of Jerusalem on the day of resurrection. Peter and Paul both tell us that the Last Day comes like a thief in the night. We have no idea if it is near or far from us. There won't be a warning. Could be today, could be 10k years from now.
