If 8 people, each starting with 6,000,000 rep points repped each other twice every day for a full year, all 8 would have 1M rep power (1 billion rep points) at the end of the year.

And that assumes no repping every 2 weeks (1 lost day to recharging reps).

So, I guess it COULD be done - but... there's gotta be a violation there for conspiracy. Hypothetically though - hmmm. LOL
