Is it worth staying married?
I ve been married to my first boyfriend/love for 21 yrs. But I'm not in love with him but he says he's still in love with me. I've never been on my own or with anyone else but have been dreaming of what my life would be like single.

He's a good provider but is emotionally abusive. I have given up my only child for him and also have had 2 abortion he's said it just wasn't the right time. As for our love life I prefer to just not have one cause it always has to involve bondage and porn. Which he refused he's addicted to..

Hi Prepper,

I can't really give an answer as to what is and is not worth it for you (sorry) however from what you have written I would suggest finding someone to talk to about these things that can help you work through the issues in your life and marriage. A good counsellor would be a great start so you can have help making choices about your future from someone trained to help you work through the whole picture.
