11 year old daughter thinks she is bisexual

Accept that she *might* be and teach her what Scripture says about such things =/= talk to her about her being bisexual.

11 year old daughter thinks she is bisexual

She might actually be bisexual, and she may have even been born this way. I have High Functioning Autism and Schizophrenia. I know that I have these abnormalities, that I was born with them, and that nothing will change this fact about me. People with HFA and S are prone to substance abuse...

Scottish Episcopal Church to begin process to change marriage canon

The myth portion is in addition, hence the "and." One could argue that gay marriage isn't even a real marriage, a myth. Homosexuality is successfully debated against using Scripture. However, those with itching ears might choose to ignore some things and change others...

Scottish Episcopal Church to begin process to change marriage canon

2 Timothy 4 3 For the time is coming when people will not endure sound teaching, but having itching ears they will accumulate for themselves teachers to suit their own passions, 4 and will turn away from listening to the truth and wander off into myths.

is communion under one kind forbidden?

In my LCMS church, we receive the blood in tiny little personal cups that we take from the platter ourselves as we kneel at the communion rail. I'm always scared to death that I'll shake too much and spill a little over the top, knock another over, or flat out just drop the cup. I've never seen...

Well, I have a suggestion for us Lutherans. We believe ourselves to be Catholic (I don't get into the large and small letter shenanigans). Or simply Lutheran. The best I'll grant you is the Roman Catholic Church.

    Invited to Gay Wedding

I'm not playing that game because that's not what I said. I did not say nor did I insinuate that homosexuals should be put to death, so asking me, "Is that REALLY what you think?" is a non sequitur and utterly unworthy of a response from my end. In fact, I should ask you, "Is that REALLY what...

    Invited to Gay Wedding

Yes, that's exactly the most logical conclusion one could come to from my post. Either that or I was giving examples from both Testaments of homosexuality being wrong and incompatible with the Christian faith. So again I ask, if you go for support and hope that the Holy Spirit works in their...

Because your Church isn't *the* Catholic Church. We are all the Catholic Church. You follow the Church in Rome, hence the Roman Church. My Church is Catholic, but we are also the Missouri Synod.
