My family has been attending our Lutheran Church since the 1950's. Brotherly love is taught there. And no one in our congregation has ever persecuted an Anabaptist.

A Pastor is simply the Bishop or Overseer for the Church. He is the shepherd of the flock. This is laid out quite clearly in the New Testament.
