Does anyone know of a good teen bible? I wanted to get one to see how it is different and how they it is applied to teens. I was reading the Life Application Bible and like Knight said, it wasn't really cutting it for me because it seemed like I was zipping through the passages really quickly...

Do you guys think it is better to write to God in a journal or to pray out loud? I do both, but I write to Him more than I speak out loud. Is it okay to do that? Or should I pray out loud more? :confused:

I was wondering where exactly the fine line is located between cocky and confident, or if there is such a thing. I know that you should be humble and never ask for glory for yourself. In fact, I can't stand being the center of attention when the teacher says something to congratulate me in front...

Yeah, that's what I was afraid of doing. That's why I came here and asked first. You guys always have good advice. I don't have much of that to turn to anywhere else.... Anyway, I was afraid I would push her to break that commandment, but I wasn't sure if it would have been totally wrong...

When I do something I know is wrong, I feel downright terrible, especially when I did it to some other person. How is this a wrong feeling? If I sound angry or something, I'm not. I'm just asking. :) Also, how can I stop feeling guilty when I sin?

I agree with Arneldos. I don't believe in "ghosts" per se, but I believe demons can come in the form of what people call "ghosts". Get what I'm saying? I'm glad this just a discussion because I'm not to good at backing up my beliefs with evidence, since I'm so new in the faith. ^_^

I want to see the passion, but my really good Christian friend can't see it because her parents won't let her (because of the rating and gore), even though my mom would come see it with us. I feel an obligation to see it with her because we are such good friends and I would feel like I'm leaving...
