i was wondering what everyone thought about recieving the holy spirit. when does this happen/how does this happen and does this happen to everyone that is saved?

I am going to get Baptized on Sunday and I am very nervous because I have to do it in front of the whole congregation. :o I am 20 years old and I don't really know a whole lot about Christianity. I wasn't raised in church and I have never even seen a Baptism before. I am also kind of upset...
