Howdy- things at work are not great for continued employement-
due to low census, we've all be cancelled many shifts over the past few months...lucky to get 56 hours in per pay period (2 weeks). A 26 year employee was fired just because she's an LPN (longevity, experience, and knowledge don't seem to matter). Co-worker stirring up lots of stuff- I'm this weeks' target - her opinion doesn't mean much but she feeds high on the food chain (chums with the boss). Overall atmosphere is one of negativity- management is so focused on 'do more' do it like a machine, only say these words, etc, that there's no human side to any of it. I've checked out a couple of options, applied for one. It's in God's hands, and I'm open to what He wants me to do.
