Not at all science but the Christian mystic Teilhard de Chardin wrote that Matter is Spirit moving slowly enough to be seen.

What I wonder, acknowledging my total ignorance of such things, is if rather than spirit that some form of Quantum Physics stand in it's place.

I can imagine... At the Word of God the Father.... All Mass dissociating back into plasma energy.

And then the thoughts will go into what to do with all that plasma energy.

Molecules really are quite human like. Kinesin seem to walk.

I believe God further educates his subjects into the creative power. Maybe one day you will meet up with the angel who created the house fly, whose reaction time is between 8 to 20 milliseconds. This is up to 12-25 times faster than a human, who takes about 200 to 250 milliseconds to respond to a visual stimulus. And maybe that angel will brag, "hard time catching that one!"

It's a factor of the distance. Human neurons work slower than a fly's because of myelination. But let's say that are roughly the same speed. When you get visual input that the brain interprets as a danger, the total length of transmission from the brain to the leg (get going!) is roughly a metre. The distance from a fly's brain to its wing (get outa here!) is about 2mm which 1/500th the distance. So the fly should operate 500x faster. And we're not considering that the fly doesn't take time to ponder 'Hey, what was that? Maybe I should get airborne'.

If I was the angel, I wouldn't brag that it takes at least 40x longer than it should.

I have decades of experience at the spectrometer. In most cases a relatively low amount of plasma was required for analysis. In the case of tin we needed to add extra. 250 mg alloy digested in a 250 ml volumetric, and dilute to the 250 ml mark. Then to the normal acetylene flame add nitrous oxide so you can measure the wavelengths of light. For creation to have occurred the mass had to turn to plasma before it could expand out. Thus...

So you are a spectrograph technician. I'm sure you know how to use your equipment far better than I do. That doesn't mean you have any insight into physics.

Decades ago, my dad was moved from a job on the factory floor to quality control because he was a responsible person and had a college degree (in history). This eventually lead to him running HPLC tests of the product to measure the key active ingredient at the plant rather than a couple hours away at the company lab. They literally sent him to take HS chemistry in the local community college. (I think it was the year before I took HS chemistry.) Using a sophisticated tool doesn't make anyone an expert on even the principles behind it, let alone physics not involved in the working of it.
