It happens mostly in states that are blue states. If Republican leaders were inclined to emulate the Democrat leadership yes they could. In many areas it doesn't matter what the Republicans do.

I still don't get how this advantages Democrats over Republicans or how anyone is disenfranchised by early primaries.

First, it's like Democrats going after President Trump with local and state and civil suits during his election campaign. Even with twice the money they wanted to make it difficult for Trump to get his campaign message out to the people and let the people fairly judge in a fair and ethical campaign. Republicans could do it as well against Democrat candidates but they are not inclined to do so.
Second, by choosing earlier summer dates they know less people are available to vote. They make it harder for people to vote, and not because of election integrity or any other ethical reason, but because they can get away with candidates or initiatives that had greater chances to fail if more people voted.

Which election campaign? Colorado State had election rules that felons weren't allowed to be on the ballot, rules that long preceded Donald's run. What has that got to do with making voting more difficult?

The reality is that less people vote during the summer. The Democrat leaders know that. The major media works with them hand in hand, suppressing information that would get more of the opposition out there.

Once conservative media went out and interviewed blacks and played the videos on conservative media that myth was debunked. The truth is the GOP has been pushing election integrity.

No, you're misstating what actually happened, which was that the Republicans (Texas?) had a study done to find out which IDs black voters were least likely to have that white voters were more likely to have and then based their voter id law on that.

The GOP has only push election integrity in words only - their actions say otherwise.

Blue States Require Less Voter ID Than Olive Garden's Pasta Pass

Olive Garden apparently has a stricter identification policy for unlimited pasta than many Democrat-led states have for voting.

Is there racial bias in voting and elections? Where I live, in Highlands County, Florida, the County Commission has five members. The County is 71% white, 10% black and 21% Hispanic. (Wikipedia, 2020 census) Apparently these categories overlap because that adds up to 102%.

Since 29% of the people are non-white, you might think they would have a seat on the County Commission. They don’t. Why? The County Commission is elected on an at-large semi-district basis. All the voters in the County vote on every member of the Commission, but each Commissioner has to live in a different district. We wind up with five white people on the Commission.

In St. Paul there are more women than men. For the city council it is broken up into seven geographical districts. All members of the city council are women and the mayor is a woman as well.

A matter of of opinion. If you were a progressive then yes, they have spent a lot of time on green issues for vulnerable communities. If you drove a car and hit those deep pot holes like I have, or taken the light rail lately (I have not taken it for some years), which is the most dangerous light rail in the country, you might well say no.
