The early Christians understood the 10 commandments as including pro life:
Chapter 2. The Second Commandment: Gross Sin Forbidden
And the second commandment of the Teaching; You shall not commit
murder, you shall not commit
adultery,
Exodus 20:13-14 you shall not commit pederasty, you shall not commit fornication, you shall not
steal,
Exodus 20:15 you shall not practice
magic, you shall not practice
witchcraft, you shall not
murder a child by
abortion nor kill that which is begotten.

Romans 2:6-16 in regards to pro life in the Hippocatic Oath:
will not give a lethal drug to anyone if I am asked, nor will I advise such a plan; and similarly I will not give a woman a pessary to cause an abortion.
I will uphold the sanctity and dignity of human life at all times. Accordingly, I will take no part in abortion if I am asked, nor will I prescribe nor administer a lethal dose of any drug to anyone if I am asked, nor will I advise such actions, nor by performance or omission will I intentionally end any human life.
