There are many medical and psychological treatments for suicidal teenagers that do not involve the state kidnapping a child. California has a progressive agenda problem which seriously threatens the rights of the parents. They are in essence destroying a family. There are several pending lawsuits against California regarding parental rights (or the lack of) including Mirabelli vs Bonita and several from the Center for American Liberty. I pray that the courts resolve this on the side of the parents.

I completely understand why a parent who is against gender affirmation would do everything in their power to stop their child from such a change! But if my child, and this is me personally, was depressed, isolated and suicidal due to my actions, I could never forgive myself. It is clear in this situation that it had to move on to such a drastic action as " removal". Obviously the child was under duress. You can't leave a child in that kind of environment which is why they intervene. The child is not without a voice here. If they are claiming suicide by all means , the state needs to take over.
