CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

First one is that I have a really sore throat. I am usually very healthy and I haven't had one since the days of COVID.

The second thing is that my mom has always had a poor memory, but her memory is getting so bad that I am wondering if she is starting to display the early signs of dementia. She is only 66 years old, I don't think something like this should be happening to her yet. But I have the gift of foresight, and my gut is telling me that her mind is slowly going before my eyes. Its scary to behold to be honest. This is why I hate aging: it destroys people.

Please pray her memory gets better.

Praying for both.
My Dad is 86 and I'm seeing it him as well (memory loss), but even worse in my brother who is 64. It's tough to see it happen, and even tougher to know what to do about it.

I pray for healing for Jacqueline’s sore throat, and healing and restoration for Jacqueline’s mother’s hippocampus, the area of the brain responsible for learning and memory.

But my sore throat got worse overnight. I might go and see the doctor today....

This is all very unusual for me because I never get sick. I am always so healthy. :(

So...I did go and see the doctor yesterday and she prescribed two medicines for me to take. I have been taking them and already this morning (the next day) I feel better. I think it is working. :)

Dear Heavenly Father,

I come before You on behalf of JacquelineDeane55. Please comfort her, ease the pain in her throat, heal her body, and restore her health. Grant her peace and strength, so that in the face of fear and anxiety she may still rely on You, filled with faith and joy.
Father, I also pray for her mother. Please protect her mind and memory, slow or heal any possible decline, and restore clarity of thought and memory. Grant her daily peace, joy, and comfort, and watch over the hearts of the whole family, removing fear and anxiety. May Your love and presence always be with them, and may they be a blessing to their neighbors and community.

:) I feel even more better. I have been coughing and hacking a little bit today, and my tonsils are quite sensitive, but I think I am over it for the most part. The medicine really helped. Thank you guys for your prayers. It helped me through this. :)
