Again that is Rabbinic Judaism, which is founded in Phariseeism. This dogma cannot be found in scripture. To the contrary, scripture outlines Paternal lineage as the determinant factor to this very day, even the Masoretic text.
Ignoring these facts doesn't change these facts.
No they aren't, not by a long shot. There are so many variants that it would be a major study to find them all.
The LXX, multiple variants of the DSS, the Samaritan text, and the MT, all have variants between them.
None of them are consistent with each other.
However, none of them outline maternal lineage as a determinant factor. On Paternal lineage they all agree, but not necessarily in the order of that Paternal lineage.
