Of course the un doesn't change size. Neither does your hand change size when you move it from close to your face to as far away from your face as you can reach, yet the sun appears to remain the same size, even though you say it has moved further away. Your hand appears to get smaller the further you move it from your eyes. Why doesn't the sun appear to get smaller?

You continue to say that the sun doesn't disappear over the horizon, but it does. I have watched it set, and so have you. If it just got further away until we could no longer see it, it would appear smaller and smaller, but it doesn't.

That doesn't really answer the question. Things usually appear smaller the further they are from the observer. You claim that the sun "just moved further away to another part of the earth ." (my emphasis.) If it moves further away in the evening, why doesn't it appear smaller than it does at midday, when it is closer?

I prefer the NASB translation. Is much more accurate than the outdated KJV. You would benefit from the NASB because is much easier to read and you already have enough troubles reading it that you don’t need more. If you notice the verse that you quoted the psalm exactly describes what happens to the sun in the morning and then the evenings. Sunrise occurs in the east (one end of the heavens) and sets in the west (the other end of the heavens). It is the normal circuit in a spherical earth not in a flat earth. The circuit in a flat earth would cause the sun to never set on the other side of the world as it does now. When it is day in Wales where you live it is dark in Australia. @prodromos can verify that. So the biblical observable account of the movement of the sun proves a spherical earth.

It would not produce a smaller circle in the n hemisphere if we were on a spinning water ball going around the sun. Why does the position of the Sun change each day? The Earth spins and revolves around the Sun, but the Earth's spin is tilted compared to its orbit.
