Release International prayers for Somalia, Armenia.

24 January 2026 – Somalia​

Pray for Operation Joshua, which helps Somalis who have fled persecution to build new micro-businesses. Pray for the success of ongoing projects and that they would identify who most needs their help next.

23 January 2026 – Somalia​

Pray for Somali Christians who are being trained by Release International’s partners to reach out to fellow Somali’s with the gospel. Evangelism with Somali communities, whether in northern Kenya or Somalia, is dangerous – pray for boldness, safety and fruitfulness.

22 January 2026 – Somalia​

Pray for Somali Christians who have fled to Nairobi, Kenya. Many struggle to be accepted in local churches because of their ethnicity. Pray that there would be less suspicion and greater acceptance within Kenyan churches.

21 January 2026 – Somalia​

Thank God for recent signs of improvement in relations between Armenia and Turkey, pray this leads to a greater sense of peace for Christians in Armenia who are surrounded by nations which have been hostile to them.

20 January 2026 – Armenia​

Thank God for ministries in Armenia seeking to help those displaced from Nagorno Karabakh. Through them many are being retrained with the relevant skills to get them back into work to support their families.

19 January 2026 – Armenia​

Pray for Armenian Christians who were displaced from the Nagorno Karabakh region when it was taken by Azerbaijan. Many are still without work and struggling to rebuild their lives.

18 January 2026 – Armenia​

Pray for revival – a turning to God that means that the faith of the Armenians would be not a nominal faith but a living faith so that even if the country does fall to one of the countries that surround them the Church would survive.
