  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

For me, there are so many other genres with such talented artists these days that I would rather just explore that.

Do you guys ever wonder why exactly musicians write the songs that they do? Like, is there any meaning to them? I'm not sure, but I'd like to think that they write songs for a reason!

When I was lonely, God brought new friends into my life. When I was going through a dark time, He brought me back into the light safely. When I needed guidance, He told me what to do in a dream. He gave me the inspiration for a fun new project. I deserved to be lost in that darkness for the rest of my life, but He had other plans for me. He is too amazing and wonderful for words. I praise Him for everything He has done for me recently! :purpleheart:
