It looked like the agent who fired the shots was videoing on his phone before he drew his firearmThose witnesses must have incredible hearing! If she calmly complied with orders then it is a bad shooting. Again, her screaming at officers and the sudden vehicle acceleration does not fit your narrative. I await recordings by the ICE officers.
Who are you watching? The one i seen you could hear a women screaming no. they were attempting to arrest her.She can't be heard screaming in any of the videos.
Wow, she blocked the street yet you say the agents are "hostile." Previously I had only seen just before she was shot. I've said this many times, if an officer gives you an order don't disobey the order and especially don't make a sudden move. Officers are trained to protect should they or others be in imminent danger, that means if you are a few feet away and make an aggressive move they see as a threat they are trained to fire. Had the officer been thirty feet away and in no imminent danger, such as the Capitol police officer murdering Ashley Babbitt, it would have been a bad shooting. In this case, with the car a foot away from the officer, he properly shot her. I hope you understand this, a law enforcement officer is not supposed to sit down and try and figure out the intent of someone. Should he or others appear to be in imminent danger, and a women who yells, disobeys an order, and drives her vehicle forward a foot away from the officer indeed is such a perceived threat, then he is supposed to fire his weapon at her. The officer is not a psychologist, you may be right on her intent, but if that sudden move is made within just a few feet of an officer he makes a split second decision and hopefully properly fires at her. If he cannot he does not belong in law enforcement, it is a tough job where split second decisions need to be made in order to save potential victims. If at a long distance where no one's life is in danger he is not supposed to fire.. Most law enforcement officers never fire their weapon but are supposed to do so in such a situation. Both the mayor and governor need to explain this to their base instead of encouraging reckless behavior. It makes me sad that they refuse to do so and instead encourage such acts of terrorism.
All citizens of the United States are required to obey orders of a federal officer. In fact federal law takes precedence over local law. Those who urge others to disobey, Walz or Frey or others, are complicit in the consequences.. As a citizen this poor murder victim was under no compulsion to follow the orders of this ICE agent in a traffic stop.
Not unless the federal officer has the authority to give the order. Which, in this case, ICE do not.All citizens of the United States are required to obey orders of a federal officer
This is irrelevant in this case, there is no federal precedence involved. In fact federal law takes precedence over local law.
Well, me too then because I'm telling everyone who's readingThose who urge others to disobey, Walz or Frey or others, are complicit in the consequences.
There is reason to believe this video has been altered. I saw it earlier and it's not in its original format.

It is this kind of misinformation that got her killed. Not unless the federal officer has the authority to give the order. Which, in this case, ICE do not.
They can't enforce traffic laws, they can't write tickets but they can pull you over and can enforce any criminal laws. They are law enforcement officersNot unless the federal officer has the authority to give the order. Which, in this case, ICE do not.

If you are a citizen not actively involved in a federal crime, tell ICE to fo melt away.
Yes, so self defense does not hold.If the woman had intended on hitting the agent, she wouldn't have taken steps to avoid him. He started firing after his body was clear of the vehicle.
Go back to your high school civics teacher and ask for your money back, you really don't understand the system. It is this kind of misinformation that got her killed.
If he was on front of the vehicle killing her would not have helped him. The car kept going anyway.o, it was an officer in front of the vehicle who fired two shots,
No that's just flat not right, wiil tou just please ask a AI research assistant (whichever ine you use) if ICE can enforce criminal lawsThey can't enforce traffic laws, they can't write tickets but they can pull you over and can enforce any criminal laws. They are law enforcement officers
Can ICE enforce criminal lawsNo that's just flat not right, wiil tou just please ask a AI research assistant (whichever ine you use) if ICE can enforce criminal laws
There is no issue. Please don't misinform people about the authority of federal law enforcement officers. People, comply with orders of all law enforcement officers, take them to court later if you feel your rights have been violated.Go back to your high school civics teacher and ask for your money back, you really don't understand the system.
It's the inadequate training and the substandard personnel and the masking and the lack of accountability within ICE that's at issue.
She hit him with the front of her vehicle and then with the mirror. He was in front of the vehicle. If he was on front of the vehicle killing her would not have helped him. The car kept going anyway.
