  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Thanks, SarahsKnight, sorry I didn't respond earlier. A lot of people, including me, are having trouble posting on CF right now. I finally managed to figure out a way to post.

I hope you are doing well, too. I took a break from CF a few months ago, but I'm back. Yes, I remember your reading my story, and I really appreciated it when you shared your thoughts on it! :) I hope you have a merry and blessed Christmas!

Well, I made a new account on Discord (for some reason, I couldn't access my old one...). but, for some reason, it's kind of difficult for me to use. I guess I'm really not a computer-savvy person...:doh1: I have to get the hang of Discord, I guess.

I'm excited to start working on Volume 2 of La La Mermaid soon.^_^ I'll probably start working on it Monday since I was taking a break from it during the Christmas season. I actually started writing chapter 6 a while back, but I had some writer's block, so I couldn't continue. I hope things will go more smoothly this time, as I've come up with a few ideas since then, but haven't written them down yet.
