CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

It ain't paedophilia. Happy he's going to get away with that? It's not murder. And I thought you wanted the death sentence for that. Maybe that's worth your tax dollars. But tell me, how do you know if he's going to be convicted? Imagine all that money wasted on finding him innocent.

That's the basis for getting him out of the country. If that had been done so many years ago; how many crimes would have been prevented?
Let me break this down into bite sized pieces that you can digest.
Our country was being invaded with criminals. It is estimated that there are approximately 18,000,000 of them here right now.
The cartels are gaining a foothold so strong, and doing so much damage to our nation that our President has deemed them terrorists organizations.
The cartels are making billions of dollars; and in Mexico they are using that money to get politicians of their choosing elected. The cartels have overthrown the Mexican government. The cartels in Mexico are gunning down villages, leaving bodies in the streets. I don't want to wait until this level of horror comes to America. Their fentanyl sales have already killed approximately a quarter of a million people in the US.
The situation has become so severe that our President is considering invading other countries to take out the cartels. When the US military starts taking out the cartels; I don't want them on our soil. I don't want martial law; and I don't want concentration camps; and I don't want the military bombing cartels in my community.
I support the efforts of this administration to get these terrorists off of our soil; but I don't think that they are doing enough, fast enough; and I'm concerned that if this isn't done expeditiously, that the cartels might make a rebound, and eventually take over our government.
I don't want the US to look like Mexico.
You can criticize this administration's approach all you want; but until you can come up with a plan that more expeditiously gets these 18,000,000 criminals out of my country more expeditiously, before declaring martial law; I'm not interested in your smug critique of my aversion to living with vicious criminals.
I would send him to Guantanamo Bay while he awaits trial; and I would send him back there after he is convicted; but there isn't enough room there for the rest of them.
The penalties are not harsh enough for these criminal invaders. They are not fleeing fast enough.

Okay. You are right. It is obvious that Trump is a pedophile and secretly loves pedophiles and will circumvent the rule of law to defend pedophiles and rapists. He isn't deporting them, he is giving them refuge and asylum to specifically to deny justice for the victims. There is no other way to explain it. Are you happy now?

Gee, I thought it was going to be Africa. That that was punishment enough as far as you were concerned. That you were worried about how long this was going to take. And how much it was going to cost. Now it's off to a naval base, the upgrade of which is unlikely to take place and would if it did cost umpteen millions. Keep him tbere as long as it takes whatever the cost. And gosh, now you do want him charged for his crimes. Now you do want him punished for them should he be found guilty.
But hey, he's not going to be charged with paedophilia. He's not going to be charged with his complicity in a murder. This thread has been something of a joke and how your administration is handling this whole exercise could be described as a clown show. But that would be an insult to clowns.

No, I'm far from being happy. You've just posted the most risible argument in this thread so far. IF Garcia was a paedophile then I'd expect him to be charged with it. You were told by Bondi that he was. And not an 'alleged' paedophile. And not 'allegedly' complicit in a woman's murder.
The question doesn't need to be asked because the answer should be obvious. But if she was telling you the truth then wouldn't you and everyone else expect him to be charged?
Nobody seems to be concerned. So what does that tell you about your AG?

Lying to the court is generally not recommended.
In her order releasing Abrego Garcia, Xinis wrote that federal authorities “did not just stonewall” the court, “They affirmatively misled the tribunal.” The judge was referencing the successive list of four African countries that officials had sought to remove Abrego Garcia to, seemingly without commitments from those countries, as well as officials’ affirmations that Costa Rica withdrew its offer to accept him, a claim later proven untrue.

Hours after that ruling, an immigration judge entered such a deportation order, and ICE officials notified Abrego he was required to check in at a Baltimore field office Friday morning.
“The Government chose to pursue this path only after losing … and only through a process that denied [Abrego] any opportunity to be heard,” his attorneys wrote in a court filing early Friday morning.

I'm glad you're willing to admit, that Trump is child and woman rapists . I'm sure he's not the only one. I'm guessing in a few days, Trump supporters, will make excuses about it. Trump talked about sexually assaulting women, and people, excuses it locking room talk. Trump has a list of sexual assaulting women. Why would anyone be happy. That young preteens and teenagers were raped.

Has any of the accusations, against Kilmar Abrego Garcia been proven by the courts. I'm thinking Trump supporters have believed a bunch of lies, about this man.
