Why not?Not deporting illegal immigrants for traffic offences is not the subject.
AllegedlyGarcia and he was involved in a murder.
I say get him off the streets until it's time to bring him back for his death sentence. You don't seem to know what you want. You've dug this epic hole when you almost demand that Garcia is deported without going on trial for things like paedophilia, yet demand that paedophilias receive the death sentence. You demand that Garcia is deported rather than being tried for his involvement in a murder, but demand that murderers receive the death sentence.
He already got due process to be deported by the way. I support that. Apparently you don't.By charging them, trying them and jailing them if guilty (that's called 'due process' by the way)? I support that 100%. You don't.
I've kept saying the very same thing throughout. Ignoring it, or even worse saying that I don't have a solution, doesn't help your position whatsoever. I say charge him and take him to court for the crimes which you have been told he has committed. Please don't tell me that I don't have a solution. I don't take kindly to have someone call me out for lying.I see that you still don't have a solution.
He does if he fails to appear for his court date; but we covered this already. Why do I feel that I keep repeating myself? You extradite someone who has gone to a different state or country to avoid justice. Garcia doesn't come within a mile of being that person.
No, I'd like to see him executed. (I guess I won't be on his jury now.) In the mean time I'd like to see him off our streets. You just want the human trafficking, murdering paedophile (alleged) to simply be deported.
Get him off the streets? What on earth are you on about? You think he'd get bail for a murder charge plus human trafficking plus paedophilia? But in any case, you don't want him charged. You have literally said that it's a waste of your precious tax dollars. Notwithstanding that you can't deny someone the right to appear in his own defence in a court of law.I say get him off the streets until it's time to bring him back for his death sentence.
How can he appear when you've deported him to Africa? You send him there then bring him back for a hearing? He does if he fails to appear for his court date.
So now you don't mind your tax dollars being spent on a trial. No, I'd like to see him executed. (I guess I won't be on his jury now.) In the mean time I'd like to see him off our streets.
So they may not execute him if he's found guilty. So...what? You deport him instead? No, wait. You deport him and then extradite him. But you don't want your tax dollars being spent on a trial. No, hang on. Now you do. Unless he gets the death penalty. In which you'd rather he wasn't.When was the last time that a Maryland man was executed under the death penalty?
Get him off the streets? What on earth are you on about? You think he'd get bail for a murder charge plus human trafficking plus paedophilia?
Because nobody has said that Garcia should be tried for a traffic offence is why. The thread is about him and whether he should be deported or face the consequences of his crime. Why not?
That was pretty desperate. He wasn't being charged with the offences that I have constantly listed for you. Check the dates. That was six years ago. Bondi made her statement a few months back when she plainly told you what he's done. Oops...allegedly done. You think the AG would know how that works.
Hmm...take a chance that he might murder someone else or save air fare.... tough callHow can he appear when you've deported him to Africa? You send him there then bring him back for a hearing?
This is becoming nonsensical.
Then why do you keep generalizing when it's convenient for your argument that we should have to live with crime?Because nobody has said that Garcia should be tried for a traffic offence is why. The thread is about him and whether he should be deported or face the consequences of his crime.
Maybe you missed this:That was pretty desperate. He wasn't being charged with the offences that I have constantly listed for you.
NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Kilmar Abrego Garcia will remain in jail for at least a few more days while attorneys in the federal smuggling case against him spar over whether prosecutors have the ability to prevent Abrego Garcia's deportation if he is released to await trial.

Abrego Garcia to remain in jail while attorneys debate whether he’ll be deported
The Salvadoran national whose mistaken deportation became a flashpoint in the fight over President Donald Trump's immigration policies has been in jail since he was returned to the U.S. on June 7mynews13.com
But you don't want him tried in the first instance. But anyway, all illegal immigrants who have committed crimes are now to be sent...well, somewhere overseas. Just to keep you safe. And then hope they stick around where they've been put so they can be brought back and put on trial. Maybe they can leave a number and you can call them when you're ready.Hmm...take a chance that he might murder someone else or save air fare.... tough call
Hey, I'd prefer a sensible comment. That doesn't qualify. Then why do you keep generalizing when it's convenient for your argument that we should have to live with crime?
