CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I've kept saying the very same thing throughout. Ignoring it, or even worse saying that I don't have a solution, doesn't help your position whatsoever. I say charge him and take him to court for the crimes which you have been told he has committed. Please don't tell me that I don't have a solution. I don't take kindly to have someone call me out for lying.
You just want the human trafficking, murdering paedophile (alleged) to simply be deported.

No, I'd like to see him executed. (I guess I won't be on his jury now.) In the mean time I'd like to see him off our streets.
I guess your solution is that I just need to live with the possibility that he will murder someone else.

Get him off the streets? What on earth are you on about? You think he'd get bail for a murder charge plus human trafficking plus paedophilia? But in any case, you don't want him charged. You have literally said that it's a waste of your precious tax dollars. Notwithstanding that you can't deny someone the right to appear in his own defence in a court of law.

So they may not execute him if he's found guilty. So...what? You deport him instead? No, wait. You deport him and then extradite him. But you don't want your tax dollars being spent on a trial. No, hang on. Now you do. Unless he gets the death penalty. In which you'd rather he wasn't.

Because nobody has said that Garcia should be tried for a traffic offence is why. The thread is about him and whether he should be deported or face the consequences of his crime.

That was pretty desperate. He wasn't being charged with the offences that I have constantly listed for you. Check the dates. That was six years ago. Bondi made her statement a few months back when she plainly told you what he's done. Oops...allegedly done. You think the AG would know how that works.

But you don't want him tried in the first instance. But anyway, all illegal immigrants who have committed crimes are now to be sent...well, somewhere overseas. Just to keep you safe. And then hope they stick around where they've been put so they can be brought back and put on trial. Maybe they can leave a number and you can call them when you're ready.
