As word spread about the operation unfolding on Rose Ave., neighbors and activists calling themselves "constitutional observers" streamed in, holding phones in the air to videotape what was unfolding. Tensions rose as more and more demonstrators arrived, yelling at federal agents lined up on the sidewalk in front of the home. An agent could be heard speaking through a bullhorn: "You are too close... if you do not comply, we will use force."
Around 11:15 a.m., things came to a head, with officers using cans to spray the growing crowd. Prepared after last week's raid on Bro-Tex LLC., community members were equipped to treat those who had been targeted with chemical irritants.

Federal agents launch another operation in St. Paul
According to a statement from DHS, ICE agents were arresting one person, who they say was from Honduras and in the country illegally.
