Part of the problem is that a certain segment of the population does have their news filled with images and accounts of burning buildings (and other riotous acts) every day. They just fail to recognize that these images and accounts are reposts, exaggerations, out-of-context, or flat-out fakes. The ability of propagandists to manufacture a narrative out of whole cloth has increased massively since the '60s and '70s - and even the '90s - and there are far more people willing and able to do so. The public has, at the same time, become far more credulous, willing to unquestioningly accept whatever narrative fits their narrow worldview.

I think the facility has been there a while and there was no violence. There wasn’t the violence until the radical leftists created it. If they left it would go back to peaceful.

I found this (24 hours outside ICE: What is really going on in Portland) that has the latest 24h but I don't know if they are going to be sending again. The latest 24h outside the ICE facility didn't seem problematic, in now way did the local pd need any help at least.

I don't know if rhey will show up and cause problems or not. Last time seemed okay. It is a hate America rally, with a false premise, but as long as it remains calm like last time, I don't see an issue with it.

The ICE was doing their job, When Obama and Biden was in Office. I don't want my family and other families to be violent taking out their home in the middle night. Especially if they are innocent.
