Apart from anything else, this has nothing to do with the Gospel, my faith or how I live for God. If all the leaders of the countries involved/NASA/the astronauts said tomorrow; "it was all faked" - so what?

I am talking about one of the astronauts who walked on the moon, later became a Christian and gives public talks about both, saying that Jesus is more important.

I'm talking about a living relationship with the Lord Jesus. And I can tell you that I also know whether, in my case, it is genuine or not.
I imagine most other Christians would say the same.

But why then give talks, and make a film, saying "The walk on the moon lasted for 3 days - my walk with Jesus will last for the rest of my life"?
Or, "walking on the moon was not the biggest thing in my life - finding Jesus was"?

Why not say, "now I am a Christian and committed to the truth - the moon landings were a lie"?
Why not say, "I fear God more than I fear man - NASA made this all up"?

It wasn't that long ago that you believed him, wrote a prayer on these forums saying "sorry" to God for doubting, asked him to bless the astronauts and said that Flat Earth was a load of rubbish.

Something happened when you watched his testimony that gave you goosebumps, publicly declare that you believed every word and that you had changed your beliefs.
Now, apparently, you've said to God, "sorry, I didn't mean any of that; I shouldn't have said sorry to you in the first place", and have reverted to saying that everyone is lying.

That is exactly what the NDA was for. Going to the moon was fully public knowledge including the pictures from the moon and inside the lem and the csm.

Again, provide the provenance that proves this film legit. For all you know this film was falsely stitched together.

He was an engineer that was part of the team that designed the legs of the lunar module and part of the team that brought the Apollo 13 home. He worked in both the Mercury and Apollo programs.

No you didn't. Falsifying landing on the moon in order to justify millions of tax dollars spent would fall under fraud, which is a crime, so any NDA to hide that would be void.
