  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Aren't people including tomorrow too? I've heard both days.
The Festival of Trumpets is a two day festival which ends Sept 24th evening (6pm approx) Israel time, which is Sept 24th morning (11am) New York time.

Whelp, 23rd is officially over and by an Israel clock, so is the 24th. More false prophets abound!! It just... it just never ends! Joshua Mhlakela is officially a false prophet and should not be listened to. In biblical times, he would have been stoned to death. For now, I pray he repents.

That's the sad thing about the days we're living in. A false prophet once found out will continue to give false prophecies and will continue to get a platform and a following. Conversely, although his rapture prediction did not pan out, it's a sign we're living in the end days, systemic falsehood. When Jesus was asked about signs of his return one of the things he said twice was: and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people (Matthew 24:11)

God Bless :)

My standard line is He will return, because He said He would, could be today or in 100 years. I believe He will come when the Father says go.

You can just pass anyone off as a false prophet as soon as they say they heard from some entity that the date is such and such ( this case the most recent being the 23rd). Just conclude right then and there that they are false. This year was the worst outpouring of false prophets and people being sucked into it I've ever seen in my 75 years of life ! At the same time, a faithful Christian should be hanging on to the hope of Jesus' return someday.

Ain't that the truth!!! I have never seen so many people claiming "Jesus told me" with a rapture prophecy date than this year alone. Jesus said in the last days there would be mockers and scoffers and honestly, I think all the false prophets created that....

I saw a video where a clip of his apology was included. The discussion on the topic has doubled and the gentleman covering it said many quit their jobs and sold their homes. His consensus mirrored mine and I expect we’ll see greater numbers moving in this direction. They’re looking for something to believe in because life has worn them down. But we’re just getting started and the next five years will get progressively worse. Don’t be surprised when you see them flailing or throwing in the towel.

Oh, there's a date set for Oct. 7th! You can all just set your clocks to that! Right. All date setters are false prophets as the Bible says they are. They are twisting God's arm and spitting on Jesus' face while calling him a liar by doing this. Very sad to see.

Isn't it interesting that the ones who claim to be mocked and scoffed at are deliberately believing a lying spirit in the first place? The irony!

Oh, there's a date set for Oct. 7th!
Oh no... whats the reason this time?? If they say a blood moon which happens yearly, I'm just going to die inside...

No kidding... I was told by someone, "why can't I just let people be excited?" Because it's not going to happen!! I was a mod on 2 rapture watching channels that get a decent amount of subs (before I stopped going to their channels, one has over 100k subs) and what I would read on the regular was heart breaking. People talking about quitting their jobs because whats the point if the rapture was coming? Or when the date passes, blaming GOD instead and thinking about turning from faith! You would hope that people would stop claiming God said, God said, God gave me a dream... vision, whatever... but at this point, I don't think people are ever going to stop. I believe in the rapture, but I think we need to stop setting dates and just occupy until the appointed time.

Based off of the parable of the 10 virgins, both are asleep, I think the church is asleep (symbolically meaning, impaired judgement, being governed by emotions, spiritual neglect, or influences that isn't biblically sound) . So I would honestly say, we're there. Can't be much longer but... (sigh) its just so tiring that they don't stop....

The fact that some fall for this kind of thing is hilarious!!

I stand with God in that no one will know, but God...
"But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only." Matt 24:36.
"But of that day and that hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father." Mark 13:32.

Isaac Newton would have repeated the same line here 300 years later...

And I heard the man clothed in linen, which was upon the waters of the river, when he held up his right hand and his left hand unto heaven, and sware by him that liveth for ever that it shall be for a time, times, and an half. -Daniel 12:7

From a folio cataloged as Yahuda MS 7.3g, f. 13v:

"So then the time times & half a time are 42 months or 1260 days or three years & an half, reckoning twelve months to a year & 30 days to a month as was done in the Calendar of the primitive year. And the days of short lived Beasts being put for the years of lived kingdoms, the period of 1260 days, if dated from the complete conquest of the three kings A.C. 800, will end A.C. 2060." - Isaac Newton

As Charlemagne was crowned king on December 25, 800 by Pope Leo the III so the day of Christ's coming may be on Christmas Day, 2060. If the rapture of the saints (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17) occurs seven years before the time of Christ's coming the date of the rapture 12.25 2053. However Isaac Newton notes...

"It may end later, but I see no reason for its ending sooner. This I mention not to assert when the time of the end shall be, but to put a stop to the rash conjectures of fancifull men who are frequently predicting the time of the end, & by doing so bring the sacred prophesies into discredit as often as their predictions fail. Christ comes as a thief in the night, & it is not for us to know the times & seasons which God hath put into his own breast." - Isaac Newton

There is no pre -rapture & Jesus will not return until the Antichrist has revealed himself.

The biblical prophecy suggests Jesus will not return until a period of great rebellion occurs and the Antichrist (also known as the "man of lawlessness") is revealed, as stated in 2 Thessalonians 2:3. This figure will oppose God, sit in God's temple claiming to be God, and perform false miracles before being destroyed by Christ at His coming.

They're claiming it's the "real" feast of trumpets from the Julian calendar. That's like saying the real Israelites just celebrated their feast of trumpets holiday falsely.

I've noticed a running theme too, that people are running high on emotions. False prophets are relying on tugging on the heartstrings of the simple and not Biblically educated people to follow their lead, as if they're God and can convince them otherwise.

Oh, and Joshua from South Africa has yet to be on Centtwinz youtube today and he is going to "clear things up". I don't know if I should have a bag o' rocks or a bag o' popcorn ready...

Not that I’m defending them. But I don’t follow the calendar set forth by the church or the one some refer to from Israel. From our perspective they’re wrong and we endeavored to live the seasons in the natural and spiritual. The more you align to that frequency the more you attune. Because everything on the earth has a rhythm. Including the elements, planets, stars etc.

But I don’t believe they’re on that channel. ;-)

I totally forgot about their argument about the calendar, but specifically it was mentioned Sept 23/24th. So.... gaslighting I guess?

100% Agreed. A lot of people who claim to have experiences from Jesus, or dreams all base their validity on feelings. I've seriously noticed that and so when they spread their experiences, others base the "prophets" info on feelings too. That 's why I now think this deception won't go away. I did hope at least that when it became clear that their false dreams/visions/message wasn't from Jesus, that it might make people at least take a step back, but I guess I underestimated how deeply rooted the deception really goes.

Oh, and Joshua from South Africa has yet to be on Centtwinz youtube today and he is going to "clear things up". I don't know if I should have a bag o' rocks or a bag o' popcorn ready...
I was wondering if he would come out, or if he would hide. But from what you say, it sounds like he isn't taking the humility approach and apologizing for being wrong, and instead, try and spin it so it isn't that bad... sadly, people will accept whatever he says. It's easier to accept a lie, than it is to admit you've been lied to.
