DHS announced Operation Midway Blitz in honor of Katie Abraham who was killed in a drunk driving hit-and-run car wreck caused by criminal illegal alien Julio Cucul-Bol in Illinois. This ICE operation targets criminal illegal aliens who flocked to Chicago and Illinois.

Brent Kavanaugh says as long as they look like immigrants or do jobs immigrants do or speak Spanish they can be stopped and checked out.

Incorrect. A lot of people in L.A. speak Spanish, but that's different than someone who does not speak English. If you want to capture illegals you go to places like day labor jobs where they don't require paperwork, and if a person doesn't speak any English that is enough to check their nationality and immigration status.

It seems again the word they’re using is “illegals” but what they’re targeting is a skin color and nationality. So, sanctioned ethic and racial persecution. Very Germany circa 1930s.

You do not have to answer any questions of ICE or any law enforcement officers. However, if it is a "Terry stop" and they ask you your name and you don't provide it, citizen or not, they can detain you.

All I am saying is that if you are sitting in a Home Depot parking lot looking for trabajar because you cannot speak English and you are looking to get paid in cash, there is a 99% chance you are in the country illegally. All you have demonstrated is that an illegal Canadian can go much farther because they can actually speak English, nothing more.
