If you want to capture illegals you go to places like day labor jobs where they don't require paperwork, and if a person doesn't speak any English that is enough to check their nationality and immigration status.

You do not have to answer any questions of ICE or any law enforcement officers. However, if it is a "Terry stop" and they ask you your name and you don't provide it, citizen or not, they can detain you.

That's not fair! It's not ONLY that they look that way. They ALSO have to be doing something that only immigrants do..

All I am saying is that if you are sitting in a Home Depot parking lot looking for trabajar because you cannot speak English and you are looking to get paid in cash, there is a 99% chance you are in the country illegally. All you have demonstrated is that an illegal Canadian can go much farther because they can actually speak English, nothing more.
