So much fake outrage. If only there outrage (heck, even fake outrage would be acceptable) on the left regarding Biden’s shadow government, or Obama using a fake news dossier to get wiretapping for Trump’s campaign.
What dossier is this?

Australia's "Planet America" team break down some of Gabbard's confusion here - 4 minutes in this section.
(I've timed it to the bit.)

TLDR: This stuff is complicated, but a Republican would do themselves a huge favour by not just copying and pasting Gabbard's conclusions before double checking Gabbard even knows what she is talking about!

Chaz quotes an explicit example where Gabbard rebuked earlier reports into Russia's tinkering with the 2016 election by trying to show inconsistency in the CIA and other reports. She showed one report's conclusions about a set of emails and data, with a later report that apparently contradicted it - according to Gabbard. Except the second report was about a completely different subject and analysed completely different material!

There's just no good save for this.

Gabbard's team either lack basic comprehension skills or have malicious intent to deceive.

There's no other way around it!

I'll try to remember Jordan Peterson's advice.
Never attribute to malice what you can attribute to incompetence.

"Lawrence Taylor, he's an incredible guy and just been my friend a long time. Knew him forever."

Not surprising...

“I’ve known Jeff (Epstein) for 15 years. Terrific guy, He’s a lot of fun to be with. It is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side.”

And that quote was 2 years AFTER Trump now seems to be saying he shunned Epstein over Epstein stealing Trump's staff - staff that were all notably "on the younger side!"

Except that you weren't talking about policies. It was 'outlandish things' that Trump has done. You said there were none. I picked one extremely outlandish thing from a few days ago just to show you how easy it is.

I could spend the rest of the week adding to the list. The man has no character. He has no honour. But if you want to talk about his policies and ignore his undeniable faults then take it to a more relevant thread.

How you can justify voting for such a person will always be a mystery to me. He wouldn't last a week in Australian politics.
And I can add lots of outlandish stuff from Biden’s time in office. You can’t ignore that Biden, himself, bordered on being a pedophile, when you consider how he groomed the daughters of his staff in videos of them cringing in fear when he came near, touching them all over and sniffing their hair, and how he took showers with his teenage daughter. That was sooo abnormal that I can’t believe that those fathers never told him not to touch their daughters again, but instead just smiled awkwardly. And it wasn’t just kids of the staff, ANY young woman around him would get the same treatment. So, don’t even suggest that Trump is the pervert.

Can you give me the post number where I said I didn’t know of any outlandish thing Trump said or did, because I’ll go back and change it as I have no problems talking about things he does that make me shake my head and cringe. However, what I believe I said was that I had not heard of this particular incident you mentioned and said I would check it out and agreed it was not a good decision and that I hope he changes it if only because of the backlash. I mean, I agreed with you that it was a stupid decision. I don’t agree that he is any worse than the previous guy that held the office and listed a stupid decision of close proximity to what Trump did. But everyone on the left gives all the leftist politicians a pass for their outrageous behavior and can’t man up enough courage to call them out on their garbage behavior, while insisting we have to be deranged to vote for Trump, who is no worse than his predecessor.

I don't get this. You respond to Trump's obvious faults with what you consider to be other people's faults. How does that excuse what he has done? You are, in effect, accepting that he's done wrong and then go looking for something that someone else has done as if that makes him less culpable!

It doesn't. By any stretch of anyone's imagination. It's pointless me addressing anything at all you say about Biden, or anyone else, because we're not discussing Biden or anyone else. If my wife found out that I'd been unfaithful to her, I can't excuse my actions by telling her that Pete in work was unfaithful to his wife as well. How is that in any well relevant whatsoever?

It's an argument that belongs in the schoolyard: 'Sir, you can't blame me, 'cos he did it as well'. If you don't like coming to terms with what Trump does then I'd seriously suggest that you stay out of any thread that discusses US politics.

Actually I can! You've been had. What - did you see an A.I. image and immediately accept it without doing due diligence? Letting your ears be tickled by a bit of confirmation bias? Please look up some independent fact checkers - and don't just hang out in whatever Fox News (or worse) echo chambers you've been in - it's not a good look for Christians.

Evidence? While he's known for warm greetings - and some might feel uncomfortable and question personal space boundaries - nothing I've been able to google from credible sources confirms any suspicion of what you're going on about. I'm a bit shocked that a self-described "Calvinist" would talk this way?

Yeah - how about just repeating slander without verifying it with a credible source?

This is the "another man's evil makes me good" type of logic that I've ran into a lot from some people on this site.

Yes. Although when it is less about the individual - and more about claims of systemic issues in parties - then I think I allow "what-about-ism". Because then it is not about excusing an individual's actions by someone else being wicked, but looking at the hypocrisy of condemning certain party actions or policies when the condemner has done exactly the same thing only far worse!

Like those above that said "But Hillary said her election was stolen - so there!"
I mean - wow. Where do you start?

I respond that way because the left is so hypocritical when it comes to requiring that the right be perfect while the horrible stuff their side of the aisle passes off as normal goes unmentioned. And they do that because they have some misguided sense of superiority even while clinging to the worst practices humanly possible. As long as their two-facedness is on obvious display, I will point it out. If you are requiring me to be perfect, then you bloody well must be perfect, too.

Does Trump act like a child sometimes? Yes, and I will call that out. And I’ll call out something I believe is a bad policy, too. But if someone is so biased and filled with hate that they cannot call out the nasty, nasty stuff their own side does, often to the detriment of the country, THEY are the ones who shouldn’t be in political discussions. THEY are the ones who would rather see the country go down the tubes rather than admit that their guys have problems, too, or, heaven forbid, the other guy has some good ideas.

AI was not a thing before Biden became a thing. Just go back and watch some videos from the days before he became president. They were all over the internet. I’m sure you’ll be able to find some. There is a reason they weren’t shown by the msm.

Tell you what, as soon as President Biden is convicted of 34 felony counts of fraud, as well as other guilty verdicts for fraud, AND defamation (as well as being liable for sexual assault), then I'll accept the two are the same.

Deal?

You made the assertion - it's up to you to find the evidence to back it.

Also - msm? Really? What about high accuracy and politically balanced reporting from someone like The Associated Press? Go to the main media Bias Fact Check sites and you'll see Fox is low quality extreme right bias rubbish. As a Christian, you should want high quality balanced reporting - the best of the best. Not a group sued $787 MILLION for spreading Trump's Big Lies.

So you haven't justified your assertions about Biden - and are now demanding perfection? Who said anything about perfection? I'm just after NORMAL! A bit of an attempt at Statesman like behaviour would also be appreciated. But Trump was diagnosed with NPD by over 230 experts from thousands of hours and decades of media exposure. He is morally and mentally and psychologically unfit to be President.

He's old. It's his last term. He's got something to hide in the Epstein files - whether himself or his mates who knows?

He's never been so dangerous. He just granted all his billionaire mates enormous tax cuts - while kicking the bottom 16 MILLION Americans off healthcare - which some studies say could kill 50,000 Americans a year.

He's just pulled you out of the clean energy race. Oh well - climate change will be marginally worse but the main thing is China's going to take it from here. Trump just shot domestic clean tech in the foot. American EVs will be a joke compared to how cheap the rest of us will buy from China.

Tariffs are an obscene joke - another great big tax that will hurt poor consumers more than the rich. This is the largest transfer of wealth from the poor to the rich in American history! Tariffs will shrink your economic potential over time.

It's one of the most enormous government interventions to the "Free Market" I thought Republicans were meant to hold so dear - but it's not the Republican party any more. Those guys all left and joined the Lincoln Project - and although I disagree with them on some policies - boy do I respect their integrity!

It's not the Republican party any more. It's MAGA - where everything is upside down and I side out. You want the Democrats to be PERFECT!?

I just want leaders of the world's most powerful military to be NORMAL.

None of this is normal.

While all the above is awful enough - I'm really worried about his compulsive fragile self-love forcing him to do something stupid on the world stage.

Eg: He's meeting Putin to discuss a deal where Trump decides to bend the knee to Putin, and give Putin some Ukrainian land that is not Trump's to give in the first place - and under international law should all be returned to Ukraine. Zelenskyy has gone very quiet this week. I don't think he's anticipating anything positive. And will Trump have another Oval Office meltdown if Zelenakyy refuses his "deal"? Another 2 year old tanty? Man that was painful to watch the first time around.
But here is the thing. By whining about Europe and talking down NATO and being weak before Putin about Ukraine - he might just embolden Putin to overstep some red line in Europe! Who knows where that goes!???

None of this is normal. But it is entirely consistent behaviour for someone with NPD. Someone who is therefore medically and incurably unfit for the Office.

Will he leave after 2 terms?
How many Generals got fired? How many Trump loyalists got installed - swearing loyalty more to him than the Constitution?

None of this is normal.

When sworn in, he was older than Biden was. As much as JD Vance scares me - I can only hope your country is saved by some health event from any more of this madness!

None of this is normal.
Don't ask the Democrats to be perfect when you are comparing them to Trump!

Ah, yes "It's all Biden's fault."
Yeah I couldn’t get my head around Biden appointing a sexual fetish …. person (male) who stole women’s suitcases at the airport then took pictures of himself in all the women’s clothing and posted them on social media.
In some people's minds, that's as bad as molesting children.

But not for most of us.

No, he hired a non-criminal to an appointed position, and then they were put on leave and later dismissed when charges were filed.

You seem to suggest that someone committing a crime is only a criminal if they are charged. That is patently false. He had done that activity prior to being appointed, and he did it again after he was appointed.

Wow. Conspiracy theory much?
Most of it was facts.
Trump does have NPD, has been convicted and sued for horrible things, does love tariffs even though Adam Smith himself hated them, DID pass the BBB which is dropping 16 MILLION off healthcare, HAS given nearly $1 Trillion a year in tax cuts to the uber rich while cutting these essential services to the poor, HAS previously bent the knee to Putin by demanding Ukraine submit to Trump's deal. "It's going to be great TV!" Because this guy loves to annoy people. He loves their adoration or outright fury - either way it means he is the centre of attention which confirms to his fragile ego that he is the most important person in the world.

Look up NPD. All of this is meeting his need for Narcissistic Supply.

Please - which of these are not facts?

Finally - I agree. The last few paragraphs DID get a bit conspiratorial.

I hope they do not happen.

But when even Australia's Four Corners did a double episode covering Project 2025 - it does make me fear for your democracy.

Good luck!
