Well, this is not very complete. You will need to carefully think about everything and plan it for the whole day. Stop drinking coffee, teas, energy drinks, whatever. Drink only water.I take a pill for thyroid. And i drink coffee three times. And now i eat less by anxiety. Less vegetable ,less fruit .
Eat only few basic things, have a lot of protein (meat), though. No sugar, not even sugary fruit like apples. Carbohydrates only 50g a day max and from the most neutral sources, like rice, only. You do not need to be in ketosis all the time, but it helps, so stay close to it. However, it may rise your cortisol levels, so add some rice if you will feel nervous, eating meat only.
Eat a log of eggs. At least 4 a day, ideally 5 or more. You may experiment with some clean fermented dairy without any additives (without sugar etc.) like plain sheep/goat yogurt.
Go to sleep every day in the same time, including weekends. 2 hours before sleep - no tv/computer/phone screens, no artificial light, wear glasses blocking blue light before sleep. You may read a book before sleep, if it helps you.
Eat in the exact same time very day, the same things every day. Stop eating at least 4 hours before sleep.
And find a community (local church), if you do not have a family and live alone, have a pet (a cat, a dog). Hike to nature, be in the direct sunlight at least for 20 minutes a day, but have a lot of light during the whole day, do not sit somewhere in darkness.
Exercise "snacks" - do not sit for long, for example every hour go do something for 5 minutes.
Try intermittent fasting.
Buy a high quality D3/K2 supplement, very important! The right levels of D3 are a game changer. Magnesium bisglycinate also helps.
Etc, etc. Find what helps you and stick to it. It may look like a lot of changes in the beginning, but you need it and you will get used to it.
