How did he plot with God to kill everyone in the world? What plans, or theories, did he put before the Almighty?

Noah didn't conspire about anything.
GOD was angry at men's sin and their rejection of him. GOD regretted that he had made mankind. God said that HE was going to send a flood.
God could have provided an ark, overnight, for Noah and the animals. He told Noah to build it because that would give the people time to repent.
Noah told people what God had decided to do. He did not "make it rain"- he was proclaiming God's word. I have little doubt that if the people had listened and repented, there would not have been a flood - like the Ninevites in the time of Jonah.

If you think the flood was a conspiracy from Noah, you have even less Bible knowledge than I thought.

My father in law would have followed, and did follow, the complete missions, including the landings on the moon of 6 different lunar landings, to evaluate the function of their design. They made several tweaks through out the missions.

BTW- Apollo missions that landed on the moon are 11, 12, 14, 15, 16, and 17. That is 6 missions that landed on the moon.

Do you deny all 6 lunar landings?

1. 8" per mile squared is an approximation and only good for relatively short distances because the formula describes a parabola, not a circle/sphere. Regardless, if we're going to fool the whole earth why pick the Imperial measurement system instead of Metric which most of the world uses?
2. The globe's speed is not 66.6 MPH (I'm assuming that's referring to orbital speed), its 67,100 MPH. Again using Imperial instead of Metric. That's a hard way to convince the whole world when you don't even use their unit system.
3. Earth's tilt is 23.43928° not 23.4°, so wrong again. 90 - 23.43928 = 66.56072. But why let accuracy get in the way of a conspiracy theory, right? The tilt isn't constant; it fluctuates between roughly 22.1 and 24.5 degrees over a cycle of about 40,000 years.
4./5. You do realize that those latitude measurements would be the same on your flat earth, don't you? Probably not. And they drift over time also.

The CIA made 3 attempts on Kaysing's life.

Kaysing served as an officer in the US Navy during World War II, having attended Navy Officers Training School. In his book, Kaysing introduced arguments, that he believed, proved the Moon landings were faked.

There IS nothing to see here. Except that someone who is addicted to conspiracy theories has found a chart with a load of 6's on and has choen to post it, even though they don't believe it.
Presumably, this is meant to show that the teaching about the shape, etc, of the earth is somehow tied up with the mark of the beast. All it DOES show is that you haven't read Revelation 13 properly.

Forget the conspiracy theories and read the Bible, properly.

Oh I can tell you that - it gives the creator of the chart an excuse to link all this with 666 and suggest that the facts of the earth's tilt and rotation are somehow connected to the mark of the beast. Then they can claim that we're all doomed if we believe it.
