When you can’t even admit, just from watching the videos that I linked that something is seriously wrong when the whole rest of the world saw it and was astounded, then you are being purposely antagonistic for partisan purposes.
You can't seem to admit that only a doctor can make a diagnosis. Anything else is just an uninformed opinion. That's why Notaries are no longer accepting documents that confirm the signer is of sound mind; because neither the signer nor the Notary is qualified to make that judgement.
Sorry, further response to you is not warranted.
When you have something that will hold up in court, like (for example) Trump's criminal convictions, let us know.

Nowhere did I suggest you make a diagnosis. That is pure hogwash. SEEING that something is seriously wrong doesn’t require a diagnosis, it just requires someone with empathy to be able to see that something is seriously wrong. Obviously something you lack.

Biden's cognitive function was and is just fine.

If you say so.

Nobody has presented legal evidence to the contrary.

This is a weird take. I'm not sure why think you need "legal evidence" to see evidence of cognitive decline. Biden's cognitive function was not "just fine" (is that a legal term?), and anyone objective with functioning eyeballs could see that.

I never claimed otherwise, but you and probinson did claim there were facts.

How do you prove that someone is deceased? With a death certificate. You don't tell the judge that "Grandma wasn't breathing, so I guess she's dead, so when do I get my inheritance?" No, you present the legal document.

How do you prove that someone is incapacitated? With a doctor's diagnosis, or at least signed statement on letterhead.

If Biden had been incapacitated, for example, he wouldn't have been able to negotiate two trilateral summits: one with the Philippines & Japan; the other with Japan & South Korea.

It has been PROVED/TESTIFIED TO that Jill and Hunter sat in on cabinet meetings making decisions on the course of actions in Biden’s stead, according to cabinet members. While THEY aren’t doctors, it is validation that they were proceeding down a path that acknowledged that Biden was not fit to run the country.

Again, it is your lack of empathy in seeing Biden’s condition in these videos and not thinking ‘that dude seriously need to see a doctor because something is seriously wrong’ that is off-putting.

The President can take advice and counsel from anyone: Chief of Staff, Vice President, spouse, etc.

If we're talking about whether or not Grandpa should be driving by himself, that may be the case. But, if you're going to invoke the 25th Amendment, then you'd need more than just a functioning eyeball to justify removing the President of the United States from office.

Otherwise, while President Biden certainly had slowed down due to age by the end of his term, that's hardly the same as saying that his cognitive ability has been impaired so severely as to render him unable to perform his duties. That decision needs a heck of a lot more justification.

-- A2SG, this isn't to say he wasn't too old...he was. But that's not the same as claiming mental incompetence....
