In 2024, Owens — then a host at Ben Shapiro’s outlet the Daily Wire — boldly stated that she’d stake her “entire professional reputation” [well that's not much, now is it] on Brigitte Macron being a man. Since then, Owens has repeatedly insisted that the French first lady was indeed born a man. At one point, she even launched an eight-episode series called “Becoming Brigitte” to further examine the baseless conspiracy theory.
This should be an easy case for the Macron lawyers. All they need to do is provide a DNA sample to put the conspiracy to rest and prove Candace wrong.

Good, hopefully, the French President wins the lawsuit. These people should not be able to spread false news. Candace Owens should be fired for lying. But I doubt anything will happen.
At this point, if every journalist were fired for lying, there would wouldn't be many left.

Side by side comparison of Jean Michel Trogneux and Brigett Macron. For the record, I think she is a woman. I would hardly call this proof, but I can understand why people would be skeptical. Again, a DNA test can answer everything. Ironically, doing so would be a slap in the face of LGBT ideology and anyone who cannot define a woman as an adult human female.

That's part of why it's hard to take you guys seriously on the subject of trans people. So confident that you know what makes a man or a woman, and yet you whiff hard on this one.
I am confident what makes a man or a woman. DNA can prove it.

Looking like her brother, who attended both of Macron's inaugurations, is cause for skepticism about a woman who bore three children in her first marriage in the 1970s?

I am just saying that if people didn't know better and did not do any research, they would probably believe it.

That was so 2023. Today, we have progressed to the point where men and women are abstract ideas that are undefinable.

Haven't you heard, DNA doesn't prove anything. I mean she COULD be a man, but if she says she is a woman then she is one and no proof is needed.
I guess you are right. The left has rendered the words "woman" and "man" to a meaningless term that can only be found in the intangible minds of the individual. They keep telling us that we, as cisgendered straight men, we cannot understand or fathom the definition. But even if you ask a "trans-person," they cannot define it either. So who is to say is Brigette is a man or a woman? It is ironic because genetics seem meaningless to those who follow the trans ideology, but when a legal defamation case is involved because someone is feeling misgendered, all of a sudden, genetics are important.

I think most people are missing the real concerning part of this whole story, which was that she was a 40 year old woman having a relationship with her 15 year old student (the circumstances by which they met)

If the French don’t care, why should we?

Seems like it's kind of hard to maintain any sort of patina of consistency if folks are going to go scorched earth on one person for facilitating relationships with 15 year olds via abuse of power, but merely chalk another instance up to "meh, it's a French thing".

Serious question. Do you care? I mean really. Does their age difference impact your life in any way? Does impact French life in any way? I’ll say it. I don’t have a single problem with the French president having some weirdo relationship possibly with a former man who was 15 years his senior.

That’s their business.

Now tell me why this is so important to you and Candace Owens.

You're asking if I care about the prospect of 40 year old teachers bedding their 15 year old students just because "it doesn't impact my life"?

Yes, I do care... it's an abuse of power on multiple fronts
1) Age differences of that magnitude (when one party is still in their mid-teens) is an abuse of power
2) The teacher-pupil relationship is another area where there's a power dynamic at play

Epstein was 47 years old (Prince Andrew was 41) at the time involving the scandal pertaining to Virginia Giuffre when she was 17. Those occurrences didn't impact my life directly... should we not be concerned about it?

The age dynamics are almost identical here.

People have this innate sense that a relationship like theirs can be genuine - the proof being a good, enduring relationship. Yet we still make it illegal, for good reason, because way more often than not its an abuse of power and destructive to one party. Basically, they survived the cultural statute of limitations - and in good form apparently

Not sure exactly what other cultural phenomenon you were comparing this to. Epstein fantasy island trafficking minors as play things for various many "special" people?

There are parallels...

The Epstein case surrounded circumstances of coercion and abuse of power... mainly through grooming & manipulation.
(if you recall, the circumstances involved luring them in with "abnormally generously paying" massage gigs for younger girls who maybe came from more modest means)

In a nutshell "instead of making $9/hour working at the country club, you can do a one hour massage for $500" to lure them in.

I'd actually say in that regard, younger males are more susceptible to sexual manipulation than younger females.

Hormone-fueled adolescent males being lured into sexual encounters with a moderately attractive female teachers who are older wouldn't exactly involve cracking some sort of elaborate Da Vinci code or promises of money & meeting famous people.
Those are parallels among the truly abusive situations. And youre just reiterating the reasons why I agree that these kind of "underage" relationships need to be illegal and culturally discouraged.

The Macron marriage doesn't appear to be in that category - in that theirs appears to be one of those rare situations where an actual loving relationship underlied the whole thing even though it began in a way we need to reject.

You seem exceedingly eager to blunt the Epstein thing by one angle or another.
