Yes. It seems to me this is how it goes. People wanting to live without this menatilty in their community could be quality of community life. When it comes to law enforcement. They do not have to live with the law being set aside at all levels of law enforcement. If it is a white person committing a crime the issue of race is not an excuse. Just stuff like that. Even something as simple as raising kids. If your kid is hanging out with a kid that you feel is a bad influence. If it is a white kid, racism does not enter into the thing if you say I don't like you hanging with that kid.. Everyday life things....

I am not speaking as a Christian. With that said you are Wrong. We can feel anyway we want. It is what we do that matters. When I infringe on the rights of others, then there is a problem. But having disdain towards a race because they beat my ancestors down for hundreds of years and then oppressed them into the present should be understandable, if not expected.

I don't expect you to have any knowledge of Oliver Cromwell. His role in the history of Britain is not generally well regarded, but I have always found one of his remarks quite moving, and apposite to this exchange.

What bothers me is the powerful undercurrent that defends the position that is OK to think of some fellow humans as different and implicitly "wrong" in being different. Intolerance exudes from some posts like noxious gases from a decaying corpse. Yeah, that does bother me. It especially bothers me to find it on a Christian site. I guess not all Christians approve of Samaritans.

Ye gods and little fishes, what on earth are you on about? This isn't a few people wanting to get together and chill out with friends. They are actively excluding black people! They are saying that anyone can join with them as long as they are white!

Good heaven's man. It's the very definition of a being racist. It has no place in any society. It's exactly comparable to banning black people or brown people or Asian people from a restaurant. It's exactly comparable to saying that this restroom is for whites only. And I can't understand why this needs to be pointed out.

When did it become acceptable to excuse this type of behaviour? When did it ever become acceptable to attempt to put arguments forward to support what they are doing?

What is actually happening to this forum?

Save it. I am not here speaking about what a Christian should think or feel. People have the right and have many reasons to hate an entire race. Should they? No, but it is hard to see past the heart and nose. So I get it. Sorry you don’t.
