Faux news? Have you ever worked in an industry where illegal aliens were more or less openly employed? You appear not to know how it actually goes down. Do you know the name of the contractor who supplied illegals to Glass House Farms? Do you know what will happen to him? What does your news tell you? We know what will happen to the minors ICE picked up in that raid, they'll be tossed back over the wire to the traffickers who brought them in the first place. Because those minors are the real criminals in all this, right?

Yes, that's how the Constitution works.

But Donald Trump disagrees. Days after he took office he made an Executive Order to deny the Constitutional protections afforded by the 14th Amendment to certain persons born on US soil.

If a pregnant woman comes to the US on a student visa, and her child is born here, that child is, under the 14th Amendment, a citizen of the United States--automatically. That's what the Constitution says, and this has been upheld consistently. Trump's EO 14160 seeks to rob such citizens of their citizenship, by upending the Constitutional protections afforded. The Executive Order blatantly disregards the Constitution even while claiming no to. Which is why the courts put a nation-wide injunction, which recently the Supreme Court over-turned; robbing the courts of their ability to protect US citizens from an illegal Executive Order from the president.

If your only response to this is going to be "Fake News", then don't bother responding. Feel free to just put me on your ignore list instead, it will save both of us a needless headache.
