Umm...but there's apparently been only one indictment of a business for hiring illegals in 6 months.

Its like I've said. These cases are not easy to prove. Just having illegals on premises is NOT evidence of the crime. You have to prove the manager KNEW r
they were illegal. And if he lawyers up and won't admit it, then they have to go the paperwork route to try and prove it, interview others, look at IRS documents, see if any fake IDs were involved etc etc. All of it would be a long arduous process. They aren't able to just slap a charge on someone who has illegals in the business. But I suspect you know that and dont care.
